The home on this property was originally built in 1947 and designed by renowned Architect Clarence Whitehead Mayhew. Our clients, a family of 4, enlisted the help of the talented teams at Turnbul Griffin Haesloop and Regan Baker Design. Kasten Builders worked in preconstruction to finalize a budget for construction and the project was underway. The mid century home was completely revitalized with additions to both wings of the house. The home is built around an existing Tipu Tipu tree which had to be carefully protected during construction. Working with our amazing clients and such a talented team made this a very rewarding process.
