Woolsey

This project consisted of a full interior and exterior remodel of this home and included a 2 story addition of breakfast nook downstairs & a small office upstairs. A full seismic upgrade along with a new staircase into the crawlspace allowed for the relocation of all mechanical equipment and storage which further opened the floor plan. A 2nd phase of the renovation included demolition and rebuild of the detached garage outfitted with utilities for a future ADU, a new deck, and a backyard BBQ.
