Gallegos - Orinda, CA
Project Detail //
These Orinda, CA homeowners are renovating the ground floor of this 4000sf residence. The project involves the removal of a few load-bearing walls and adding substantial structural steel to open up the floor plan. The new layout includes a new kitchen, bar, laundry room, and primary bathroom. The exterior includes new decks, railings, and a fire pit. New Fleetwood doors were added to the rear yard along with new front entry doors.
Tahos - Orinda, CA
Project Detail //
This Orinda, CA project involves a complete renovation of the existing residence including a small addition to the corner of the living room. The home will get all new Western windows and doors as well as an upgrade to the heating system. Changes involve new finishes throughout and new structural steel headers to maximize floor plan and views of Mt. Diablo.
Stinson Beach

This oceanside home in Seadrift – Stinson Beach – is being completely reimagined. A new detached guest suite addition will be added to the front of the property and will allow for storage of the client’s kayaks and surf toys. A small loft addition, all new septic and mechanical systems as well as new Marvin windows and doors. All new landscape plan as well.
Oakland
Project Detail //
A two story addition and new landscape plan for this house in Oakland. The ground floor will consist of a playroom for the kids and upstairs will be game room – man cave for Dad. Upgrade to the heating system will provide better performance to the rest of the house. A new hot tub, fire pit, and retaining walls will create more usable outdoor spaces for the family.
Sausalito
Project Detail //
A boat house remodel in Sausalito is underway with Regan Baker Design out of San Francisco. A complete gut of the interior with custom boat house decor / design in the works. New skylights and enlarged doors to the back deck and all new finishes. This project is a little jewel box and we are excited to be teaming with the talented staff at RBD once again.
