Stinson Beach

This comprehensive beach house renovation featured all new windows and doors, upgraded interior finishes, entirely new mechanical systems, and the addition of a detached guest suite. The scope evolved into a two-phase project: the main residence renovation commenced first while the ADU addition navigated the rigorous Coastal Commission planning process. The client challenged us with an ambitious fast-track schedule — which our team successfully met, delivering the project on time and to a high standard of craftsmanship.
