This home on a steep site in Point Richmond, CA has panoramic views of all three Bay Area bridges. The project consists of a two-car garage and entry at street level, 2nd floor guest quarters, split 3rd level for family kitchen and dining rooms, with 4th-floor bedrooms and master suite. The slope and weather from the bay presented their challenges but the views made all the hard work worthwhile.
