Our client grew up in the home which was formerly owned by his parents. A recent addition to the family along with wanting to keep the property long term has prompted this major renovation – multi phased project. An ADU is being built which our clients will move into during the 2^nd half of the renovation to thier main house. We are vaulting the ceilings and adding clerestory windows at the roof – along with modern amenities throughout. A 3^rd phase will involve construction of an art studio on the south side of the property and along a new pool and landscape to complete this amazing Oakland hills home.
